As we all know, one business process is really complex. There are so many parts in it, so many administrative subprocesses, and each of those requires high level of human resources always available. It takes almost an entire army of working people, often "mixed and stirred" in several types of hierarchy, to start, develop and finish only one business process. But, such way of organizing of business process always costs us money and nerves (because administrative processes often last so long and its realization is very slow). This kind of problem mostly appears in governmental structures and departments which are quite similar.

So, it would be logical to develop a unique software framework for automation of administrative processes in all government departments and at each level of government - central or local. We managed to find the right solution for that problem. We invented ADMIS - Generalized Administrative System, which synergistically encompasses functions of workflow systems and document management systems (DMS) making up a software system especially suitable for the automation of administrative processes. This system is competing with human business resources, and the most important thing about that race, and very true, is that ADMIS will surely win! Through years of ADMIS intensive developing and dozen successful implementations, its winner kind became simple and inevitable fact!
